2025 HEB Men’s Golf Assocation 

All MGA members must be HEB Residents or Renters and live in HEB

2025 Fees (includes Handicap Fee):

Eagle Membership – $275

Social Membership – $195 ($10 entry fee due each week for social members)

By completing this online payment, you are hereby joining the Heritage Eagle Bend Men’s Golf Association (MGA) for the calendar year 2025 and while participating in the weekly MGA golf events, will follow the Rules of Golf to the best of my ability, conduct myself in a manner that is required by the Heritage Ealge Bend Golf Club Master Board of Directors and consistent with the attitude and mannerisms commonly displayed and accepted by the Residents of Heritage Eagle Bend, and by joining the USGA Handicap System, will try to make the best score at every hole in every round and will correctly post every acceptable round for peer review.  Should I fail to follow any or all such rules and standards, I understand it may become necessary, for the betterment of the MGA and the HEB Community, for the MGA Leadership Committee, Head Golf Professional, or Master HOA to administer disciplinary action upon me, up to and including removal from the MGA.
